You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. LICENSE

Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the 3d design by our company and other products sold through our web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.

If you have joined our reseller program and purchased a valid reseller 3d mesh from our catalog.  If we find the any customer violating these terms. We will contact the hosts of the chat program for violating our terms to resell.

Exclusive rights or Reseller Program rights to a 3d mesh design will mean you are able to resell but no other copies of that design will derived by another account. If we find you have violated our terms and allowed to be derived by others we will not just banned you from our site but from all our franchisers sites too.

We request that you provide a full name, billing address, contact number, avatar name and avatar member number when you make a purchase. We have introduced this method due to the increased amount of fraudulent transactions which take place, it then provides us with further proof of purchase for our payment processing providers.

We reserve the right to refuse any order which we deem to possibly be fraudulent. To ensure your order is not refused please ensure that you provide true and accurate information when making a purchase. Your order is likely to be refused if you provide the following false information:

1) False Address
2) False Telephone Number
3) False Avatar Name 
4) False Avatar Member Number
5) False Email Address
6) Registered information is not the same as information provided by PayPal

a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may use each individual product on a single avatar account only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same 3d design once or more for another account.

b) MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. Where you commission custom work from us a non refundable deposit of 50% will be required with the remainder due on completion and before installation. Based on the feedback provided by you we will provide three redesigns after which our contract to you will be severed with no further amounts payable and no further designs submitted. This is non negotiable.

c) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

d) ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Blush4u Studio Works™

e) OWNERSHIP
All purchases are considered licenses to use our products, this means that our design and modifications remain our property at all times. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

You may not Sell, Resell or provide any installation services regarding our 3d design and Modifications without our prior written consent. Any person or company found Selling, Reselling or providing any services in relation to our 3d design and Modifications will be liable to legal action with any profit made from such sales returned to us.

All products are property of Blush4u Studio Works™. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

2. OUR REFUND POLICY

Since Blush4u Studio Works™ are offering non-tangible & irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product has been installed or delivered, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any product from our website. We only make exceptions to this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.

3. ANTIFRAUD CHECK

Customer purchases can be suspended for manual anti fraud check for approximately one to two hours as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Anti fraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase. Because your payment safety is important to us it may take up to 24 hours for your purchase to become available to be installed or delivered. If 24 hours have passed then please contact us ASAP.

4. CHARGEBACK AND DISPUTE POLICY

In the event that any customer issues a chargeback request or creating a dispute with our payment system they will be immediately and permanently banned from making any future purchases from this store and our franchisers store. There should never be any reason to request a chargeback or creating a dispute, if you have not received your purchase after 24 hours please inform us by using our live support or email us at sales@blush4u.com

Our company reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
